| Abstract: | Cílem předložené bakalářské práce je zhodnotit podmínky pro poskytování stravovacích služeb tělesně postiženým osobám ve vybraných stravovacích zařízeních v centru Prahy. Pro splnění stanoveného cíle v této práci slouží kvantitativní výzkum provedený formou dotazníkového šetření a následná analýza získaných dat. Bakalářská práce je rozdělena do dvou částí, které jsou dále členěny do kapitol. V první části práce jsou vymezeny základní pojmy a je podán ucelený pohled na cestovní ruch pro všechny, druhy zdravotního postižení a legislativu, týkající se zdravotně postižených. Součástí teoretické části práce jsou specifické potřeby cílové skupiny a strategie profesionálního přístupu. Na konci této části jsou představeny cíle, okruhy činnosti a rozsah působnosti Svazu tělesně postižených v ČR. Praktická část je věnována provedenému výzkumu a analýze podmínek stravovacích služeb a rovněž jsou zde zahrnuty výsledky výzkumu mezi tělesně postiženými osobami, co se týče zkušeností ve stravovacích zařízeních. |

| Abstract: | The bachelor thesis aims to examine the conditions for the provision of catering services to the physically disabled in selected catering facilities in the center of Prague. Quantitative research carried out in the form of a questionnaire survey and analysis of the obtained data serves to satisfy the objective. The bachelor thesis is divided into two parts, which are further divided into chapters. The first part provides a comprehensive view of accessible and social tourism, types of disability, and legislation concerning the disabled. The theoretical part includes the specific needs of the target group and the strategy of a professional approach. At the end of this part, the goals, scope and areas of activity of the Czech National Disability Council are presented. The practical part of the thesis focuses on the conducted survey and analysis of the conditions of catering services. It also includes the results of research among people with physical disabilities regarding experience in catering facilities. |
