| Abstract: | Cílem dané diplomové práce je stanovit hodnotu akciové společnosti Jan Becher – Karlovarská Becherovka k 31.12.2020 s využitím několika oceňovacích metod pro účely možného prodeje vlastníkem a přijetí manažerských rozhodnutí. Práce obsahuje strategickou a finanční analýzu společnosti pro stanovení klíčových předpokladů pro finanční plán a budoucí vývoj společnosti. K provedení nutných analýz a kalkulací budou využity účetní závěrky podniku a další veřejně dostupné zdroje. Práce je rozdělena do čtyř částí: úvod, teoretická část, praktická část a závěr. V teoretické části jsou definovány účel a podstata oceňování, vybrané nástroje a metody strategické a finanční analýzy, které budou aplikovány na konkrétní účetní jednotku v praktické části. Výsledkem práce je kvantifikovaná hodnota společnosti, zjištěné silné a slabé stránky. |

| Abstract: | The aim of this master’s thesis is to calculate the value of Jan Becher – Karlovarska Becherovka a.s. as at 31.12.2021 using several valuation techniques for the purpose of a possible sale by the owner and as a basis for managerial decisions. The thesis includes strategic and financial analyses of the company for determining key assumptions for the financial plan and future development of the company. The company’s financial statements and other publicly available resources will be used to conduct analyses and determine the value. The thesis is divided into four parts: introduction, theoretical part, practical part, and conclusion. The theoretical part defines the purpose and essence of valuation, strategic and financial analyses and its chosen instruments and methods, which will be applied in the practical part. The result of this thesis is the estimated value of the company and defined strengths and weaknesses. |
