| Abstract: | Bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na práci Komise pro spravedlivé důchody v letech 2019 až 2021 vedené prof. Danuší Nerudovou. Hlavním cílem práce bylo provést analýzu a zhodnocení výstupů Komise pro spravedlivé důchody. Jednotlivé návrhy jsou v práci podrobně rozebrány ze stran odborné veřejnosti a následně jsou k nim vyjádřeny vlastní názory. Z výsledku analýzy, provedené literární rešerší primárních zdrojů vyplývá, že Komise pro spravedlivé důchody se při svých jednáních držela stanovených cílů, kterými bylo zajištění spravedlnosti, zásluhovosti a finanční udržitelnosti důchodového systému. Komisi se podařilo prosadit dílčí změny, ale z důvodu končícího volebního období poslanecké sněmovny nenaplnila stanovené cíle. |

| Abstract: | This Bachelor thesis is focused on the work of the Commission on Fair Pensions of the Czech Republic during the years of 2019–2020, led by prof. Danuše Nerudová. The main aim of this thesis is to analyze and assess the outputs of the Commission for Fair Pensions. The individual proposals are analyzed in detail by the professional public and then their own opinions are expressed on them. The results of the analysis, carried out by a literature search of primary sources, show that the Fair Pensions Commission adhered to the objectives set in its actions, which were to ensure the fairness, meritoriousness and financial sustainability of the pension system. The Commission managed to push through partial changes, but due to the ending parliamentary term, it did not meet the set targets. |
