| Abstract: | Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá procesem návrhu a implementace prototypu chatbota jako podnikového řešení pro automatizace komunikace se zákazníky. Hlavním cílem práce je vývoj funkčního prototypu chatbota na základě provedené business a technické analýzy, dodatečným cílem je vývoj back-end aplikace pro chatbota. Práce také obsahuje základní přehled problematiky chatbotů v rámci teoretické studii. Výsledek práce prošel kvalitním testováním pomocí odborných metodik. Vyvinutý prototyp chatbota je připraven k další fázi svého životního cyklu v rámci komplexního IT řešení. |

| Abstract: | This bachelor thesis deals with the process of design and implementation of a prototype chatbot as an enterprise solution for automating communication with customers. The main goal of the work is the development of a functional prototype of chatbot based on business and technical analysis, an additional goal is the development of a back-end application for chatbot. The thesis also contains a basic overview of chatbot problematic within a theoretical study. The result of the work passed quality testing using professional methodologies. The developed prototype of the chatbot is ready for the next phase of its life cycle as part of a complex IT solution. |
