| Abstract: | Diplomová práce je věnována problematice úspěšnosti na doposud málo prozkoumaném trhu mobilních vizuálních novel. Jejím cílem je prozkoumat specifičnost řízení v oboru mobilních vizuálních novel na příkladu moldavského podniku Your Story Interactive a objektivně zhodnotit jeho postavení na trhu. V teoretické části jsou uvedeny poznatky z oblasti metod strategické analýzy a pojetí úspěšného podnikání. Praktická část je realizována prostřednictvím strategické analýzy podniku Your Story Interactive na základě veřejně dostupných zdrojů a vyhodnocení relevantního stavu podniku z hlediska objektivních a subjektivních kritérií úspěšnosti. |

| Abstract: | The topic of this Master´s Thesis is measuring of success rate of not much researched before mobile visual novels market. The goal of this work is to assess specifics of mobile visual novels firm managing on example of Moldavian mobile game development firm Your Story Interactive and assess its relevant situation on market objectively. In theoretical part of this thesis are stated findings from components of strategic analysis and assumptions of successful business. Practical part is realized by strategic analysis of firm Your Story Interactive on basis of publicly accessible resources and assessment of firm’s relevant situation from the point of view of objective and subjective success rate’s standards. |
