| Abstract: | Účelem této bakalářské práce je vytvoření chatbota pro fitness zařízení. Práce začíná charakteristikou dané problematiky chatbotů v rámci služeb pro zákazníky. Dále obsahuje kvalitativní výzkum, díky němuž se zachytily poznatky o fungování fitness centra. Na jejich základě je provedená analýza řešení a návrh konverzace. Práce zahrnuje průzkum trhu i s výběrem řešení a dokumentaci vypracování chatbota. Výsledkem je chatbot, který odpovídá na otázky zákazníků fitness centra a provádí jejich příkazy a požadavky. |

| Abstract: | The purpose of this bachelor thesis is to create a chatbot for a fitness facility. The thesis starts with a characterization of the given issue of chatbots in the context of customer service. It then includes qualitative research through which knowledge about the operation of the fitness center is captured, and based on this knowledge, a solution analysis and a conversation design is conducted. The thesis includes market research as well as solution selection and documentation of chatbot development. The result is a chatbot that answers questions from fitness center customers and performs their operations. |
