| Abstract: | Diplomová práce se zabývá dopadem konsolidačních projektů Raiffeisenbank na její dceřinou společnost Raiffeisen investiční společnost. Jejím cílem je celkově zhodnotit aktuální pozici firmy vzhledem k akvizicím a změnám v odvětví, a dále na základě těchto závěrů navrhnout konkrétní strategická doporučení pro zlepšení jejího řízení a konkurenčního postavení. Práce využívá standardní metody strategické analýzy jako PESTLE analýzu, Porterův model pěti sil, mapu konkurenčních skupin, VRIO analýzu, portfolio analýzu, finanční analýzu a SWOT analýzu. Z analýz vyplynulo, že se analyzované společnosti díky akvizicím matky otevírá unikátní příležitost a zároveň má potřebné předpoklady pro její využití a maximalizaci synergického efektu. Vedle dopadu konsolidačních projektů se práce věnuje ohrožením, slabým stránkám a navrhuje konkrétní strategie pro zlepšení řízení společnosti. |

| Abstract: | The thesis examines the impact of Raiffeisenbank's consolidation projects on its subsidiary Raiffeisen investiční společnost. Its aim is to assess the company's current position in the light of acquisitions and changes in the industry, and based on these conclusions to propose specific strategic recommendations for improving its management and competitive position. The thesis uses standard methods of strategic analysis such as PESTLE analysis, Porter's five forces model, competitive map, VRIO analysis, portfolio analysis, financial analysis and SWOT analysis. The analyses show that the analysed company has a unique opportunity due to the acquisitions of its mother, and at the same time it has the needed prerequisites to exploit it and maximize the synergy effect. In addition to the impact of the consolidation projects, the thesis looks at the threats, weaknesses and proposes specific strategies to improve the management of the company. |
