| Abstract: | Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá návrhem a tvorbou chatbota, který odpovídá na základní otázky týkající se onemocnění COVID-19, provádí diagnózu příznaků uživatele a poskytuje aktuální epidemické statistiky. V práci je proveden kvalitativní výzkum ve formě hloubkového rozhovoru, který slouží k získání dat potřebných pro návrh chatbota. Navržený chatbot je implementován za pomoci nástrojů zvolených v rámci analýzy platforem. Zhotovený chatbot poskytuje v době koronavirové krize informační podporu pro veřejnost prostřednictvím informací, doporučení a statistických dat. |

| Abstract: | This bachelor's thesis deals with the design and creation of a chatbot that is able to answer basic questions regarding the COVID-19 disease, check a user's symptoms and provide updated epidemic statistics. Qualitative research has been done in the form of a series of in-depth interviews which has provided us with the data needed for the chatbot design. The designed chatbot is then implemented using tools that have been selected using platform analysis. The finished chatbot provides information support in the form of information, recommendations, and statistical data in the time of COVID-19 crisis. |
