Building Agile Team Productivity Dashboard

The topic of this thesis is a Jira Atlassian as a project productivity tool, which aim is to formalize agile technology and adapt it to the precise company requirements. The Jira allows users to create their projects and to track the progress in Agile or Kanban methodology. The work describes various tools, which could be use for this purpose and reason why the Jira could be selected as a main one in the company. The purpose of this work was to create various charts using Jira, which could show a team or department productivity and help to improve day-to-day work in the company. The whole process of dashboard creation was described in the practical part. There are arguments why dashboard should be created in Jira. To detect which charts should be created the short survey among the team was provided. After the dashboard was created it was presented to the team and the feedback was collected of how they evaluate created dashboard and what benefits do they see. In the theoretical part the principle of the agile methodology is described. The analysis of the productivity tracking software market is provided, and Jira tool is described in the details.
