| Abstract: | Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá zpracováním podnikatelského plánu, ověřuje životaschopnost projektu založení kuchyňského studia na základě B2B spolupráce s výrobcem nábytku. Text bakalářské práce je rozdělen do dvou částí – teoretické a praktické. V teoretické části je provedena literární rešerše, jsou formulovány základní pojmy a metody zpracování projektu. Praktická část se zaměřuje na implementaci získaných poznatků z teoretické části. V rámci analýzy odvětví je zvažován potenciál trhu kuchyňského nábytku v České republice, dále je provedena analýza nejbližších konkurentů budoucí společnosti. Kromě toho je popsána vhodná marketingová strategie pro uvedený trh a finanční plán podle různých scénářů rozvoje podniku. Na závěr je vypracována syntéza projektu v podobě SWOT analýzy a analýzy rizik. |

| Abstract: | This bachelor's thesis focuses on elaborating a business plan, verifies the viability of the project of establishing a kitchen studio based on B2B cooperation with a furniture manufacturer. The text of the bachelor thesis is divided into two parts - theoretical and practical. In the theoretical part, a literature review is performed, the basic concepts and methods of project realization are formulated. The practical part focuses on the implementation of knowledge gained from the theoretical part. The analysis of the industry considers the potential of the kitchen furniture market in the Czech Republic, as well as an analysis of the nearest competitors of the future company. In addition, a suitable marketing strategy and a financial plan according to different business development scenarios are described. Finally, a synthesis of the project in the form of SWOT analysis and risk analysis is developed. |
