| Abstract: | Cílem diplomové práce bylo identifikovat, popsat, analyzovat a roztřídit rizika, se kterými se společnost RegioJet a.s. potýká a do budoucna bude potýkat. Strategický plán byl plánován na období 2021 – 2023. Byly analyzovány vlivy v rámci mikro a makroprostředí, bylo tak například použito PESTEL analýzy, VRIO analýzy, Porterova modelu pěti konkurenčních sil, finanční analýzy a SWOT analýzy. Na základě těchto analýz byla jednotlivá rizika vyhodnocena a roztřízena dle intenzity dopadu a pravděpodobnosti výskytu. Celý strategický plán byl doplněn o finanční plán v rámci sledovaného období. Riziko vstoupilo v rámci scénářů do plánu tržeb tak, aby bylo snáze demonstrováno, že může významně ovlivnit naplnění cílů společnosti. V závěru práce je přehled nejvýznamnějších rizik a sada doporučení, jak je ošetřit. |

| Abstract: | The aim of the thesis was to identify, describe, analyse and categorise the risks that RegioJet a.s. faces and will face in the future. The strategic plan was planned for the period 2021 - 2023. The influences within the micro and macro environment were analysed, for example with PESTEL analysis, VRIO analysis, Porter's model of five competitive forces, financial analysis and SWOT analysis. Based on these analyses, the individual risks were assessed and categorised according to the intensity of impact and the likelihood of occurrence. The entire strategic plan was complemented by a financial plan within the reporting period. The risk has entered into the revenue plan within the scenarios to facilitate the demonstration that it can significantly affect the achievement of the company's objectives. The thesis concludes with a summary of the most significant risks and a set of recommendations on how to treat them. |
