| Abstract: | Bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na ekonomické aktivity firem a státních organizací, které škodlivě působí na životní prostředí a psychiku člověka. Cílem objasnit, zda vybrané ekonomické aktivity vedou k ekologickým problémům ve vybraných regionech Ukrajiny a České republiky, a zda mají vliv na životní prostředí a lidskou psychiku. Zároveň zhodnotit a ukázat manažerům firem dopady, míru škody, a navrhnout řešení ekologických a psychických problémů. Vteoretické části jsou popsané tři kategorie škodlivých ekonomických aktivit, následné psychické stavy a ekologické katastrofy. V praktické části je srovnán psychický stav občanů České republiky a Ukrajiny, pomocí metody polo-strukturovaného rozhovoru, který přiblíží vnímaní lidí ekologických problémů spojených s ekonomickými aktivitami. Výsledků výzkumné části se dosáhne pomocí pozorování, deskripce, explanace, analýzy a syntézy. V závěru práce bude shrnuta celková analýza a navrženo několik řešení pro budoucí eliminace problému. |

| Abstract: | The bachelor thesis focuses on economic activities of companies and state organizations that have a detrimental effect on the environment and the human psyche. The aim is to clarify how economic activities affect ecology and the human psyche, to assess company managers the impacts and the degree of damage and to propose solutions to problems. The theoretical part describes three categories of economic activities, consistent psychological conditions and ecological disasters. The practical part compares the mental state of the citizens of the Czech Republic and Ukraine, using the method of semi-structured interview, which allows to examine people's perceptions of environmental problems associated with economic activities. The results of the research part are achieved through observation, description, explanation, analysis and synthesis. At the end of the work summarized the overall analysis and proposed several solutions for future elimination of the problem. |
