| Abstract: | Účelem této bakalářské práce je sestavit podnikatelský plán pro rodinnou restauraci zaměřenou na asijskou kuchyni v Praze. Cílem práce je ohodnotit životaschopnost podniku a vytvořit podnikatelský plán, který by měl pomoci majitelům restaurace získat přehled, zda je výhodné tento záměr uskutečnit. Také práce by měla prospět podnikatelům, který chtějí začít podnikat v hostinské činnosti zaměřenou na asijskou kuchyni. Celková práce je rozdělena na dvě části, teoretická a praktická. V prvním části práce se budu věnovat základními teoretickými pojmi týkající se podnikaní a struktuře podnikatelského plánu. Druhá část bude zaměřena na konkrétní podnikatelský plán rodinného restaurace KUNG FOOD podle konceptu již rozjetého restaurace v Olomouci. |

| Abstract: | The purpose of this bachelor thesis is to write a business plan for a family restaurant focused on Asian cuisine in Prague. The aim of the work is to evaluate the viability of the company and create a business plan, which should help restaurant owners to get an overview of whether it is beneficial to implement this plan. The work should also benefit entrepreneurs who want to start a business in Asian cuisine. The overall work is divided into two parts, theoretical and practical. In the first part of the work I will deal with the basic theoretical concepts related to business and the structure of the business plan. The second part will focus on the specific business plan of the family restaurant KUNG FOOD according to the concept of a restaurant already working restraurant in Olomouc. |
