| Abstract: | Diplomová práce s názvem Agrese ve společnosti — psychické týrání na pracovišti si klade za cíl podrobněji prozkoumat problematiku postupně se zvyšující agrese v různých odvětvích společnosti — od školního prostředí až po domácí násilí. Hlavním zaměřením je však sociální klima v pracovním prostředí a jeho vliv na psychiku a chování. Přestože se v práci objevují pohledy různých stran vstupujících do této problematiky, hlavním sledovaným jevem je porovnání pohledu zaměstnanců a jejich nadřízených. Rešerše literatury v rámci teoretické části práce vede k vysvětlení základních pojmů, které jsou zásadní pro správné porozumění celkové problematice, a k představení širších souvislostí. Následná analytická část se zabývá rozsáhlým kvantitativním šetřením ve formě dotazníku a kvalitativním výzkumem ve formě osobních rozhovorů uskutečněných ve zvolené firmě. Podrobná analýza získaných výsledků je základem návrhové části, v níž se objevují doporučení na zlepšení celkové situace i návrhy, které by mohly do budoucna omezit výskyt těchto negativních vlivů v pracovním prostředí. |

| Abstract: | This dissertation called Aggression in Society — psychological abuse in the workplace aims to scrutinise the issue of gradually increasing aggression in different areas of society — from school environment to domestic violence. The main focus is, however, social climate in working environment and its impact on psyche and behaviour. Even though the dissertation introduces the views of various parties involved in this issue, the main observed perspective is the comparison of the perspective of employees and their superiors. Literature revision in the theoretical part leads to the explanation of key terms essential for correct understanding of the issue as a whole as well as to the introduction of wider context. The following analytical part then deals with an extensive quantitative survey in the form of a questionnaire and a qualitative research in the form of personal interviews conducted in a selected company. A detailed analysis of the gained data forms the basis of the last, proposal, part which presents recommendations for the improvement of the overall situation along with suggestions as to limit the incidence of such negative influences in the future. |
