| Abstract: | Bakalářská práce se zabývá porovnáním dostupnosti vlastnického bydlení v hl. m. Praze a Ústeckém kraji v letech 2011-2020. V teoretické části je vymezena teorie vlastnictví vybranými ekonomickými školami. Dále teoretická část popisuje problematiku trhu bydlení a možnosti financování vlastnického bydlení. V praktické části je čtenář seznámen s oběma kraji. Následně za pomoci vytvořených vzorových domácností je analyzována dostupnost vlastnického bydlení pomocí indikátorů price-to-income a housing expenditures-to-income v obou krajích. Poslední část práce se věnuje porovnáním a komentáři zjištěných výsledků. Součástí práce je testování hypotézy, že v hl. m. Praha vynakládají domácnosti větší část svého disponibilního důchodu na vlastnické bydlení než v Ústeckém kraji. Tato hypotéza byla potvrzena. |

| Abstract: | The bachelor thesis deals with the comparison of the availability of owner-occupied housing in the capital city of Prague and the Ústí nad Labem Region in 2011-2020. The theoretical part defines the theory of ownership by selected economic schools. Furthermore, the theoretical part describes the issues of the housing market and the possibilities of financing owner-occupied housing. In the practical part, the reader is acquainted with both regions. Subsequently, with the help of created model households, the availability of owner-occupied housing is analyzed using price-to-income and housing expenditure-to-income indicators in both regions. The last part of the work is devoted to comparing and commenting on the results. Part of the work is testing the hypothesis that in the capital city of Prague spends more of its disposable income on owner-occupied housing than in the Ústí nad Labem Region. This hypothesis was confirmed. |
