| Abstract: | Cílem bakalářské práce bylo sestavit pečlivý a prospěšný business model Lean Canvas pro podnikatelský nápad, kterým je založení nočního klubu v Třinci. K realizaci cíle bylo zapotřebí vypracovat teorii k dané problematice a uvést znalosti a metodiky, díky čemuž byla vyhotovena praktická část bakalářské práce. V praktické části je uvedena analýza prostředí podniků a charakteristika stavebních prvků business modelu Lean Canvas. Díky získaným údajům byl shrnut výsledek. Také byla uvedena SWOT analýza za účelem většího přínosu. |

| Abstract: | The aim of this Bachelor thesis was to make a thorough and useful Lean Canvas business model for a business idea, which is opening a night club in Třinec. To achieve the aim it was necessary to develop a theory to this issue and stat both the knewledge and methods. Thanks to this procedure the practical implementation of this thesis was described. In the implementation both the enviromental analysis of nightclubs and the characteristic of Lean Canvas Building elements were stated. Based on the date obtained, the result was summed up. SWOT anylysis was also used to enhance the contribution. |
