| Abstract: | Cílem této diplomové práce je zhodnotit investiční příležitost založení společnosti Krabičková dieta, specializující se na rozvoz zdravých, dietně upravených jídel, nutričně sestavených dle požadavků klienta. Práce se skládá z teoretické, metodologické a praktické části. V teoretické části budou nejdříve popsány jednotlivé pojmy spojené s podnikáním a poté se budu soustředit na popis jednotlivých částí podnikatelského plánu. V metodologické části pak popíši primární a sekundární data využitá v části praktické. V praktické části se pak budu zabývat sestavením konkrétního podnikatelského plánu, který bude obsahovat shrnutí, popis podnikatelské příležitosti, popis společnosti, analýzu trhu, marketingovou a obchodní strategii, finanční plán a zhodnocení finanční části, a nakonec finální analýzu silných stránek, slabých stránek, příležitostí a hrozeb pomocí SWOT a analýzu rizik expertním hodnocením. |

| Abstract: | The aim of this dissertation is to evaluate the investment opportunity resulting from establishing the company 'Krabičková dieta' Lunchbox diet, what specialises on delivering healthy, diet-adjusted meals, nutritionally composed according to client requirements. The dissertation consists of theoretical, methodological and practical parts. In theoretical part, firstly, certain terms related to entrepreneurship will be introduced, thenceforth, I will be concentrating on describing individual parts of the business plan. In the methodological part, I will be describing primary and secondary data utilised in the practical part. In the practical part, I will be pursuing compilation of concrete business plan including: summary, business opportunity description, company description, market analysis, marketing and commercial strategy, financial plan and financial plan evaluation, and lastly, final analysis of strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats using SWOT and expert risk assessment analysis. |
