| Abstract: | Diplomová práce definuje primární cíl, kterým je provést rozklad, rozbor a analýzu zpoplatnění železniční a silniční infrastruktury v relaci Praha-Rotterdam. K dosažení cíle jsou použity sekundární zdroje veřejné povahy. Aplikační část se věnuje popisu tras po železnici a silnici spolu s jejich srovnáním. Pozornost je věnována i konkrétním dopravcům v jednotlivých zemích zkoumané trasy. Poslední oddíl aplikační části aplikuje systémy zpoplatnění pro Českou republiku, Německo a Nizozemsko. Závěr aplikační části představuje srovnání zpoplatnění železnic a silnic v jednotlivých zemích. Teoreticko-metodologická část je věnována teoretickému podkladu týkající se železnice především v návaznosti na interoperabilitu jako je rozchod kolejí či zdroje hnací energie. Teoretická část dále zahrnuje legislativní rámec provozování železniční dopravy, poplatky a technologie výběru těchto poplatků. |

| Abstract: | The diploma thesis defines the primary goal, which is to perform the decomposition and analysis of railway and road infrastructure charging in the Prague – Rotterdam route. Secondary sources of public nature are added to achieve this objective. The application part is devoted to the description of the route by rail and road together with their comparison. Attention is also paid to specific carriers in individual countries of the investigated route. The last part of the application part is devoted to the application of charging systems for the Czech Republic, Germany and the Netherlands. The conclusion of the application part is a comparison of railway and road charging in individual countries. The theoretical and methodological part is devoted to the theoretical basis regarding railways, especially in relation to interoperability such as track gauge or sources of driving energy. The theoretical part also includes the legislative framework for the operation of rail transport, charges and technology for collecting these fees. |
