| Abstract: | This Master’s thesis focuses on exploring how young people living in the Czech Republic perceived their well-being during self-isolation due to COVID19. This work aims to identify the influence of self-isolation on young people’s mental health, outline the main stressors and emotions as well as common coping strategies of the respondents, participating in the study. The work delivers a recommendation based on the analyses of literature review, secondary and primary research, and the comparison of the theory and practice. |

| Abstract: | Tato diplomová práce se zaměřuje na zkoumání toho, jak mladí lidé žijící v České republice vnímali svou pohodu během samoizolace v důsledku COVID19. Tato práce si klade za cíl identifikovat vliv samoizolace na duševní zdraví mladých lidí, nastínit hlavní stresory a emoce a také běžné strategie zvládání u respondentů studie. Práce přináší doporučení na základě analýz literární rešerše, sekundárního a primárního výzkumu a srovnání teorie a praxe. |
