| Abstract: | Tato diplomová práce se zabývá analýzou a návrhem skladování ve společnosti Repaspoint s. r. o. Začátek teoretické části je věnován skladování a jeho operacím. Dále jsou rozebrány klady a zápory veřejného a soukromého skladování, na které navazuje téma skladovacích technologií, přepravních prostředků a manipulačních prostředků. Na konci teoretické části je popsána automatická identifikace a ABC analýza. V praktické části je nejprve popsána společnost Repaspoint s. r. o. a prodávaný produkt. Navazující část je věnována skladovacím prostorům firmy, využívaným skladovacím technologiím, manipulačním prostředkům, přepravním prostředkům a procesům v rámci skladování včetně skladového informačního systému. Následuje vyhotovení návrhu na zvýšení skladové kapacity s finančním rozpočtem. Dále bude vypracována ABC analýza pro efektivnější rozložení zboží v rámci skladu. V závěru budou zformulovány doporučení a návody v oblasti procesů a nového informačního systému. Cílem práce je popsat současné skladování a jeho procesy, jelikož je firma popsané dosud nemá. Nalézt slabá místa a formulovat doporučení. Dále je to zhotovení návrhu na rozšíření skladových kapacit v souladu se strategií firmy a vymezení poznatků k novému informačnímu systému. |

| Abstract: | This master´s thesis deals with the analysis and design of storage in the company Repaspoint s. r. o. The beginning of the theoretical part is devoted to storage and its operations. Furthermore, the pros and cons of public and private storage are discussed, followed by the topic of storage technologies, means of transport and handling equipment. At the end of the theoretical part, automatic identification and ABC analysis are described. The practical part first describes the company Repaspoint s. r. o. and the product sold. The following part is devoted to the company's storage space, used warehouse technologies, handling equipment, means of transport and processes within warehouse, including the warehouse information system. This is followed by a proposal to increase storage capacity with a financial budget. Recommendations and instructions about processes and the new information system. In conclusion, an ABC analysis will be prepared for a more efficient distribution of goods within the warehouse. The aim of the thesis is to describe the current storage and its processes, as the company has not yet described them. Find weak points and formulate recommendations. Furthermore, it is the preparation of a proposal for the expansion of storage capacities in accordance with the company's strategy and the definition of knowledge for the new information system. |
