The influence of the project environment on the sharing of project team knowledge in the project-oriented IT company Atos IT Solutions and Services, s.r.o

The main objective of the thesis was to identify the most important factors for knowledge sharing in the project team in the project-oriented company Atos IT Solutions and Services, s.r.o. Secondary and primary data were used in the work. Secondary data were obtained through a search of available literature on the impact of the project environment on knowledge sharing and knowledge sharing in a project-oriented society. The company's own questionnaire survey sent to the company's employees, who are directly involved in the projects, was used to collect the primary data. The result of the questionnaire survey was the identification of the most important factors for knowledge sharing in the project team, both for the whole company and depending on the position of respondents on the project, project management style, project size and industrial classification of the project. The results, depending on the position of the respondents, were subsequently obtained through interviews with a verified consultant and manager. From the results of the survey, it became clear that there are statistically significant differences in the perception of the influence of individual factors in knowledge sharing depending on the position they occupy in the projects. Based on the results of the importance of individual factors for the company, the factors were materially grouped into groups and subsequently the importance of individual groups was analyzed. The most important group of knowledge sharing factors for the company was the project team. The benefit of the work is a summary of the most important factors for the company. At the end of the work are the limits and other possible directions of research.
