| Abstract: | Bakalářská práce zkoumá, jakým způsobem fungují dotace z ESI fondů v České republice v letech 2019-2020. Jejím cílem je ověřit, zda se jedná o efektivní využití poskytnutých finančních prostředků a současně jaký mají dotační prostředky vliv na hospodářský růst ČR v letech 2019-2020. Závěry vyplývající z této práce ukazují, že je zde mnoho nedostatků, které způsobují, že nedochází k využití plného potenciálu dotačních prostředků. Na základě výzkumu je možné vidět, že obdržené finanční prostředky z ESI fondů tvoří nepatrný podíl na HDP za roky 2019 a 2020. Současně je zjištěno, že dotační prostředky přispívají minimálně na podporu snížení nezaměstnanosti. Práce dokazuje, že dotace z ESI fondů mají nízký vliv na hospodářský růst ČR v letech 2019 a 2020. |

| Abstract: | The bachelor thesis examines how does the subsidies from the European Structural and Investment Funds work in the Czech Republic in 2019 and 2020. Its aim is to verify whether the provided funds are used effectively and at the same time to determinate how significant is the effect of subsidy funds on the economic growth of the Czech Republic in 2019 and 2020. The conclusions resulting from this work show that there are many insufficiencies which cause that the full potential of grant funds is not used. At the same time, it is found that the funds received from the ESI Funds cover a small part of GDP for 2019 and 2020. The work also proves that the impact of subsidies on the employment indicator is lower than expected. That leads to a conclusion that the funds have low impact on the economic growth of the Czech Republic in 2019 and 2020. |
