| Abstract: | Cílem diplomové práce je návrh opatření pro zlepšení realizace projektů Smart City ve vybrané obci. První část teoretické části práce je věnována konceptu Smart City, konkrétně zasazení a vývoji konceptu, obecnému definování konceptu Smart City zahraniční i českou literaturou, současně zde byla popsána aktuální situace konceptu v rámci České republiky a v neposlední řadě jsou zde zmíněny hlavní problémy českých obcí v souvislostech s konceptem Smart City. Druhá část teoretické části práce se věnuje konkrétním aspektům konceptu Smart City jako je mobilita, ekonomika, vláda, lidé, prostředí a bydlení. Teoretická část vytvořila kvalitní základ pro praktickou část diplomové práce. Praktická část se zaměřuje především na kvalitativní analýzu strategických dokumentů zabývající se konceptem Smart City. Tyto analýzy jsou doplněny také o polostrukturovaný rozhovor s garantem Smart City ve Žďáře nad Sázavou. Výsledkem analýz a rozhovoru je zhodnocení současného stavu a na jeho základě jsou navrhnuty projekty či dílčí aktivity vedoucí ke zlepšení realizace konceptu Smart City. |

| Abstract: | The goal of this master thesis is suggesting of the actions to improve Smart city project implementation in a selected municipality. First part of theoretical section is dedicated to the Smart City concept, it's development and definition in foreign and Czech literature. It also describes a current concept situation in the Czech Republic. Last but not least, there are mentioned main problems and challenges related to Smart City in Czech municipalities. Second part of theoretical section is focused on specific aspects of Smart City concept such as mobility, economy, government, people, environment and accommodation. The theoretical section created a solid base for a practical part of the master thesis. The practical section is aimed for Smart city strategic documents qualitative analysis. This analysis is accompanied by a semi structured interview with a Smart City guarantor in Žďár nad Sázavou. The results of the analysis and of the interview is current state evaluation. Based on this evaluation, there are suggested projects and activities leading to Smart City implementation improvements. |
