| Abstract: | Práce měla za cíl identifikovat atributy kvality terciárního vzdělávání z pohledu studentů Fakulty managementu VŠE a následně atributy podrobit analýze za pomocí Kano modelu. Pomocí tohoto modelu se určuje povaha jednotlivých atributů rozdělením do několika kategorií a zároveň se zkoumá potenciální vliv na spokojenost. Navíc byla v rámci analýzy zjišťována důležitost jednotlivých atributů. Nejprve byla provedena rešerše literatury, která obsahuje hodnocení kvality terciárního vzdělávání z různých pohledů a také různé metody měření kvality včetně Kano modelu. Dále je v metodické části popsán postup identifikace atributů, následné ověření a získání nových atributů prostřednictvím realizace fokusní skupiny. Identifikované atributy byly následně implementovány do dotazníku podle Kano modelu, který byl mezi studenty elektronicky distribuován. Získaná data byla následně podrobena analýze, tedy jednotlivé atributy byly kategorizovány, byla vypočtena průměrná důležitost atributů a zjištěn jejich potenciální vliv na spokojenost. Následně je diskutováno nad získanými výsledky, které jsou porovnány s dříve provedenými výzkumy. V závěru jsou shrnuty výsledky, formulovány teoretické přínosy pro Fakultu managementu i jiné vysoké školy a nastíněny další možné směry zkoumání. |

| Abstract: | The aim of the thesis was to identify the quality attributes of tertiary education from the perspective of students of the Faculty of Management VŠE and then to analyze the attributes using the Kano model. Using this model, the nature of each attribute is determined by dividing it into several categories and also examining the potential impact on satisfaction. In addition, the importance of each attribute was determined as part of the analysis. Firstly, literature research was conducted to assess the quality of tertiary education from different perspectives as well as different methods of measuring quality including the Kano model. Next, the methodological section describes the process of identifying the attributes, then validating and obtaining new attributes through the implementation of a focus group. The identified attributes were after that implemented in a questionnaire according to the Kano model, which was electronically distributed among the students. The collected data was then subjected to analysis. The attributes were categorized, the average importance of the attributes was calculated and their potential influence on satisfaction was identified. Subsequently, the results obtained are discussed and compared with previously conducted research. Finally, the results were summarized, theoretical implications for the Faculty of Management and other universities were formulated, and possible directions for further research were outlined. |
