| Abstract: | Tato diplomová práce se zabývá analýzou dopadů pandemie covid-19 na systém sociálního zabezpečení v České republice. Vysvětluje propuknutí a rozšíření nákazy po celém světě a dále se zaměřuje na konkrétní opatření přijatá českou vládou na podporu zmírnění socioekonomických dopadů koronaviru. U nich zkoumá, zda byla dostatečná a jakým způsobem zasáhla státní rozpočet. Pomocí analýzy jednotlivých opatření a jejich změn jsou potvrzeny dílčí hypotézy práce, které společně s detailním rozborem příjmů a výdajů státního rozpočtu roku 2020 vedou k závěru, že státem zavedená opatření z důvodu zmírnění socioekonomických dopadů pandemie nebyla dostatečná navzdory nejhlubšímu propadu ekonomiky od vzniku České republiky. |

| Abstract: | This thesis focuses on the analysis of the impact of covid-19 pandemic on the social security system in the Czech Republic. It explains the outbreak and the spread of disease worldwide and focuses on specific measures taken by the Czech government to support the mitigation of socio-economic impact of the coronavirus. For these, it examines whether they were sufficient and how they affected the state budget. Through the analysis of individual measures and their changes, the partial hypotheses of thesis are confirmed and together with a detailed analysis of the state budget revenues and expenditures in 2020, lead to the conclusion that the measures introduced by the state to mitigate socio-economic impact of the pandemic were not sufficient despite the deepest economic recession since the establishment of the Czech Republic. |
