| Abstract: | Cílem diplomové práce je prozkoumat problém vliv podnikového systému rozvoje zaměstnanců v malé společnosti na míru angažovanosti zaměstnanců, a navrhnout sou-bor doporučení ke zvýšení efektivity vzdělávání zaměstnanců. Teoretická část práce je zpracována formou rešerše literárních zdrojů a odborných článků. Praktická část je založena na kombinaci kvantitativního a kvalitativního výzkumu, konkrétně hloubko-vého rozhovoru s manažerem společnost a dotazníku. Na základě získaných dat byla zjištěna míra vlivu systému rozvoje personálu na angažovanost jednotlivých skupin zaměstnanců vůči společnosti, a vytvořen soubor doporučení, která by zvýšila efektiv-nost vzdělávacího systému ve zkoumané společnosti. |

| Abstract: | The aim of the diploma thesis is to examine the problem of the influence of the corporate development system in a small organization on the level of employee commitment, and to propose a set of recommendations to increase the effectiveness of employee development. The theoretical part of the thesis is processed in the form of literary sources research and professional articles. The practical part is based on a combination of quantitative and qualitative research, specifically an interview with the company manager and a questionnaire. Based on the obtained data, the degree of influence of the personnel development system on the commitment of groups of employees towards the company was determined, and a set of recommendations was created that would increase the efficiency of the development system in the surveyed company. |
