| Abstract: | Diplomová práce zkoumá dopady zavádění prvků Průmyslu 4.0 na zaměstnanost zahraničních pracovníků v České republice. Zaměřuje se především na změny, které zavádění inovací v rámci Průmyslu 4.0 přinese, a jak se tyto změny promítnou do počtu a struktury zaměstnanosti pracovníků ze zahraničí. V první části jsou vymezeny základní pojmy z této problematiky a popsána situace na českém trhu práce. Druhá část práce obsahuje analýzu ekonomické aktivity cizinců a dotazníkové šetření ve firmách působících na území České republiky. Po vyhodnocení jsou výsledky porovnány s výstupy již proběhlých studií. Z výsledků vyplynulo, že zavádění konceptu Průmyslu 4.0 zahraniční pracovníky neohrožuje, protože firmy s nimi i nadále počítají. |

| Abstract: | The diploma thesis examines the effects of the introduction of elements of Industry 4.0 on the employment of foreign workers in the Czech Republic. It focuses mainly on the changes that the introduction of innovations within Industry 4.0 will bring, and how these changes will be reflected in the number and structure of employment of workers from abroad. The first part defines the basic concepts of this problematics and describes the situation on the Czech labor market. The second part of the thesis contains an analysis of the economic activity of foreigners and a questionnaire survey in companies operating in the Czech Republic. After evaluation, the results are compared with the results of previous studies. The results showed that the implementation of the Industry 4.0 concept does not endanger foreign workers, as companies continue to count on them. |
