| Abstract: | Diplomová práce se zabývá trhem služeb mateřských škol v České republice. Práce obsahuje základní informace o fungování trhu a jeho specifikách. Rozebírá právní rámec a způsoby financování. Podrobně se věnuje faktorům, které ovlivnily vývoj fungování mateřských škol, a jejich konkurenční prostředí. Zabývá se také jejich spotřebiteli, kdy rozebírá jejich preference a faktory rozhodovacího procesu. V praktické části analyzuje vývoj nabídky a poptávky na základě statistických dat mezi lety 1995 až 2020 a následně predikuje vývoj do roku 2050. Na tuto část navazuje výzkum mezi spotřebiteli, který ověřuje hypotézy definované v předchozích částech. |

| Abstract: | The Master´s Thesis presents the market of nursery school services in the Czech Republic. The thesis contains basic information about the functioning of the market and its specifics. It analyses the legal framework and funding system. It deals in detail with the factors that influenced the development of the functioning of kindergartens and their competitive environment. It also presents their consumers, their preferences and factors of the decision-making process. In the practical part, it analyses the development of supply and demand based on statistical data between years 1995 and 2020 and then predicts its development until 2050. This part is followed by research carried out among consumers, which verifies the hypotheses defined in the previous sections. |
