| Abstract: | Festivaly jsou důležitou součástí živé kultury prakticky po celém světě jak pro publikum, tak pro umělce. Cílem této práce je ovšem prozkoumat fenomén festivalu ne z pohledu kulturního či dramaturgického, ale z pohledu managementu, logistiky a technické realizace. Festivaly jsou náročné projekty, jejichž organizace trvá značnou dobu a vyžadují značné množství zdrojů v jednom čase na jednom místě. Tato práce se poté zaměřuje na fenomén festivalu hudebního, který bývá zpravidla právě na logistiku nejnáročnější. Pro účely praktické části této práce bude užit fiktivní hudební festival odehrávající se v Poděbradech. Výsledkem praktické části by poté měl být přesný logistický plán festivalu, včetně kalkulací rozpočtu, časového harmonogramu a grafických plánů, které by poskytly modelový návod pro organizaci hudebního festivalu. |

| Abstract: | Festivals are an important part of live culture practically everywhere around the world, both for the audience and artists. The goal of this thesis is to research the phenomenon of a music festival not from a cultural or dramaturgical point of view, but from the side of management, logistics and technical realiziation. Festivals are challenging projects and their organization requires a significant amount of resources in one time at one place. This thesis is then focusing on music festivals in particular, which are mostly the most challenging. Practical part of the thesis uses a fictional case of a music festival taking place in Poděbrady. The result of the practical part should be a logistical plan of this festival, including budget calculations, time schedule and graphic plans, which would serve as a model manual for management of a music festival. |
