| Abstract: | Tato diplomová práce je věnována zpřísnění emisních norem v EU a jejich vlivu na hodnotu největších evropských automobilek. Práce se zaměřuje na důvody a vazby mezi zpřísněním emisních norem a hodnotou automobilek na akciovém trhu, přičemž je zde zohledněn jak technický pohled na věc, tak samozřejmě i pohled finanční. Teoretická část práce je zaměřena především na hledání důvodů a vzájemných vazeb. Praktická část této práce již dává zjištění z teoretické část do perspektivy, kdy jsou zohledněny současné trendy v automobilovém průmyslu a jeho vyhlídky do budoucnosti. Závěry praktické části práce jsou pak podpořeny výsledky anonymního dotazníku, který vyplnili respondenti s dlouhodobými pracovními zkušenostimi z automobilového průmyslu. Na základě prognóz budoucího vývoje prodejů nových vozidel a mnohých dalších trendů pak práce spěje k jasnému závěru, kdy emisní normy mají opravdu negativní vliv na hodnotu automobilek na akciovém trhu. |

| Abstract: | This diploma thesis is devoted to the tightening of emission standards in the EU and their impact on the value of the largest European car makers. This thesis focuses mainly on the reasons and links between the tightening of emission standards and the value of car makers on the stock market, taking into account both the technical view of the matter and, of course, the financial view. The theoretical part of the work is focused mainly on finding reasons standing behind the relations between the two. The practical part of this work already gives findings from the theoretical part to the perspective, and takes into account current trends in the automotive industry and its prospects for the future. The conclusions of the practical part of the work are then supported by the results of an anonymous questionnaire, which was completed by respondents with long-term work experience in the automotive industry. Based on forecasts of the future development of new vehicle sales and many other trends, the work then comes to a clear conclusion that emission standards have a really negative effect on the value of European car makers on the stock market. |
