| Abstract: | Tato diplomová práce se zabývá podrobnější analýzou pojištění kybernetického rizika na českém trhu. Hlavním cílem práce je analýza specifik nabízených produktů pojištění kybernetických rizik na českém trhu. V teoretické části je definován termín kybernetické riziko, kybernetický útok a jsou popsány nejznámější kybernetické incidenty. Ve druhé kapitole je krátce popsaná historie vzniku kybernetického pojištění, uvedená hlavní specifika a vymezen termín silent cyber. Třetí kapitola se věnuje regulaci. Praktická část je zaměřená na analýzu pojistného trhu z pohledu kybernetických rizik. Ve čtvrté kapitole a dalších jsou analyzované pojistné podmínky produktů kybernetického pojištění, dále provedená diskuse o výši pojistného a možnosti zavedení povinného pojištění. Poslední kapitola vyhodnocuje postavení kybernetického pojištění na trhu a možné budoucí trendy rozvoje pojištění. |

| Abstract: | This diploma thesis deals with a more detailed analysis of cyber risk insurance in the Czech market. The main goal of this work is to analyze the specifics of the offered cyber risk insurance products on the Czech market. The theoretical part defines the term cyber risk, cyber attack and describes the most well-known cyber incidents. The second chapter briefly describes the history of cyber insurance, the main specifics and the term silent cyber. The third chapter deals with regulation. The practical part is focused on the analysis of the insurance market in terms of cyber risks. The fourth chapter and others analyze the insurance conditions of cyber insurance products, as well as a discussion of the amount of premiums and the possibility of introducing compulsory insurance. The last chapter evaluates the position of cyber insurance on the market and possible future trends in insurance development. |
