| Abstract: | Tato diplomová práce je zaměřena na ocenění společnosti Pivovarský dvůr Zvíkov s.r.o., přičemž hlavní cíl práce představuje stanovení tržní hodnoty této společnosti pro její vlastníky, tedy na hladině netto, k datu ocenění předcházejícímu vypuknutí pandemie koronaviru a jejímu následnému dopadu na globální ekonomickou situaci. Druhotný cíl spočívá v ocenění dané společnosti k datu, kdy již byla ekonomika zasažena dopady pandemie koronaviru, a vymezení vlivu pandemie na hodnotu společnosti. Data ocenění byla zvolena k 31. 12. 2019 a k 31. 12. 2020 vzhledem k dostupnosti dat a informací. Společnost byla k 31. 12. 2019 oceněna výnosovou metodou DCF – entity, jako doplňující metoda ocenění byla zvolena metoda tržního porovnání pomocí odvětvových násobitelů. Tímto byl splněn primární cíl práce. Ocenění společnosti k 31. 12. 2020 bylo provedeno pouze omezeným způsobem v souladu s kvalitou dostupných dat a informací, užití výnosových metod bylo zavrženo vzhledem k nedostatečné robustnosti dostupných predikcí s ohledem na nevyzpytatelný vývoj koronavirové krize. K ocenění společnosti k 31. 12. 2020 byla použita metoda tržního porovnání pomocí odvětvových násobitelů, přičemž byl určen dopad pandemie na hodnotu společnosti pouze řádově a v relativním smyslu. Diplomová práce se skládá celkem z devíti kapitol a je zaměřena převáže prakticky. |

| Abstract: | This diploma thesis is focused on the valuation of the company Pivovarský dvůr Zvíkov s.r.o., the main goal of the thesis is set on determining the market value of the company for its owners, therefore on the net value level, to date predeceasing the coronavirus pandemic outburst and its impact on the global economic situation. Secondary goal of this thesis is focused on the valuation of said company to date, when its business as well as the global economy were already affected by the pandemic, and subsequently determining the impact of these events on the company value. Valuation dates were set on 31th December 2019 and on 31th December 2020 respectively according to availability of corresponding data and information. The company was evaluated to the date of 31th December 2019 by enterprise discounted cash flow method (DCF – entity), as a complementary valuation method was used the market comparison method based on industry sector multiples. Hereby the main goal of the thesis was met. Company valuation to the date of 31th December 2020 was carried out only in limited fashion consistent to insufficient quality of available data and information, the use of valuation methods based on revenue was dismissed due to unsatisfactory robustness of available predictions with respect to the unfathomable future development of the coronavirus crisis. To evaluate the company to the date of 31th December 2020 only the market comparison method based on industry sector multiples was used, the results were in fact unclear and only able to determine the impact of the pandemic on the company´s value in relative and rather general fashion. This diploma thesis cosists of nine chapters overall and is predominantly practically focused. |
