| Abstract: | Diplomová práce se zabývá implementací softwarového řešení. Součásti diplomové práce je vymezení problémů, se kterými společnost se setkává v rámci procesů zpraco-vání dat, odůvodnění zavadění softvérového řešení, managementu změny a zhodnocení výsledků. Diplomová práce podrobně popisuje proces implementace softwaru a důleži-tým krokům projektového managementu. Přínosem této práce je optimalizace provoz-ních procesů souvisejících se zpracováním dat, podpora procesu změny a praktický materiál pro další cíle společnosti v budoucnosti. V závěru diplomové práce jsou formu-lovány odpovídající výstupy a doporučení, které lze použít pro budoucí projekty. |

| Abstract: | The thesis examines the implementation of the software solution. Part of the thesis is to identify the problems faced by the company in its data processing processes, justify the implementation of the software solution, manage the changes and evaluate the results. The thesis details the software implementation process and important project management steps. The contribution of this thesis is to optimise the operational processes involved in data processing, to support the change process and to provide practical materials for the future goals of the company. The thesis concludes with relevant conclusions and recommendations that can be used for future projects. |
