| Abstract: | Cílem této diplomové práce je ocenění podniku Pivovary Staropramen s.r.o. na bázi objektivizované hodnoty k 1. 1. 2019. Práce zahrnuje Strategickou analýzu podniku a relevantního odvětví, finanční analýzu, finanční plán a prognózu generátorů hodnot. Ty dohromady tvoří podklady pro použitou výnosovou metodu ocenění DFC APV. Jako doplňující metoda pro ocenění podniku je pak použita metoda odvětvových násobitelů. Výsledkem této práce je odhad intervalu hodnoty podniku. |

| Abstract: | The aim of this thesis is the business valuation of the company Pivovary Staropramen s.r.o. as of January the first 2019 using the objectified value approach. The thesis includes a strategic analysis of the company and its relevant industry, a financial analysis, a financial plan and a forecast of the value drivers. These together create the basis for business valuation using the DCF APV method. The secondary method used is business valuation multiples by industry. The result of this thesis is the estimated range of the business value. |
