| Abstract: | Diplomová práce je zaměřena na udržitelný rozvoj a na jeho externí reportování. Hlavním cílem práce je analýza, zhodnocení a návrh optimalizačních řešení reportingu o udržitelnosti na příkladu konkrétní organizace v odvětví maloobchodu. Práce je rozčleněna na část teoretickou a praktickou. V teoretické části bude uvedena definice udržitelného rozvoje a společenské odpovědnosti, její vývoj, jednotlivé oblasti, definice stakeholderů, argumenty pro a proti přijetí CSR a informace o reportování. V praktické části dojde k naplnění hlavního cíle diplomové práce. Ke zhodnocení a návrhu optimalizačních řešení reportingu v konkrétní organizaci dojde na základě provedené analýzy výkazů vybraných podniků a na základě rozhovoru s manažerem společenské odpovědnosti v konkrétním podniku. |

| Abstract: | The diploma thesis is focused on sustainable development and its external reporting. The thesis aims to analyse, evaluate, and design optimisation solutions for sustainability reporting in a particular organisation. The diploma thesis includes theoretical and practical parts. The theoretical part will present the definition of sustainable development and social responsibility, individual areas of social responsibility, the definition of stakeholders, arguments for and against the acceptance of social responsibility, as well as information about sustainability reporting. The main part of the diploma thesis will be fulfilled in the practical part. The evaluation and design of optimisation solutions in a specific organisation will be performed based on the analysis of reports of selected companies and based on an interview with the manager of social responsibility in a specific company. |
