| Abstract: | Tato práce věnovaná ocenění společnosti ČEZ a.s. a stanovení její tržní hodnoty k 31.12.2020. Diplomová práce rozdělená na sedm častí. Úvod a první kapitola práce obsahuje základní informace o předmětu oceňovaní, účelu oceňování a datum ocenění. Druhá a třetí část práce obsahují strategickou analýzu a finanční analýzu společnosti, jejíchž výsledky jsou nutné pro plánování budoucího vývoje společnosti. Další část je prognóza generátorů hodnoty a sestavení finančního plánu společnosti pro budoucnost. Šestá část obsahuje ocenění společnosti metodou DCF Entity a metodou tržního porovnání. Sedmá část představuje souhrn výsledků ocenění. |

| Abstract: | This thesis is focused on the valuation of ČEZ a.s. and the determination of its market value as of 31.12.2020. The work is divided into seven parts. The introduction and the first chapter of the thesis contain basic information about the subject of valuation, the purpose of valuation and the date of valuation. The second and third parts of the thesis contain a strategic analysis and financial analysis of the company, the results of which are necessary for planning the future development of the company. The next part is the forecast of value generators and the construction of the company's financial plan for the future. The sixth part contains the valuation of the company using the DCF Entity method and the market multiples method. The seventh section presents a summary of the valuation results. |
