| Abstract: | Cílem bakalářské práce je provést strategickou analýzu společnosti OLMA, a.s., a v rámci této analýzy navrhnout optimální doporučení pro stávající strategii podniku. Tato bakalářská práce má dvě části. Teoretická část zahrnuje vysvětlení základních pojmů, klíčových metod a postupů. Na začátku praktické části je uveden profil samotného podniku OLMA, a.s. Následuje strategická analýza metodami, které byly popsány v teoretické části. Její součásti jsou PESTLE analýza, Porterův model pěti sil, analýza vnitřních zdrojů pomocí metody VRIO. Na konci práce jsou na základě SWOT analýzy představena konkrétní strategická doporučení pro budoucí rozvoj podniku. |

| Abstract: | The objective of the thesis is to conduct the strategic analysis of the company OLMA a. s. and within the analysis, suggest optimal recommendations for the current business strategy. The thesis has two parts. The theoretical part includes explanations of the basic terms, key methods and procedures. At the beginning of the practical part the profile of the company OLMA a. s. itself is listed. The following is the strategic analysis using the methods described in the theoretical part. It is made up of the PESTLE analysis, Porter's Five Forces model, the analysis of internal resources using the VRIO method. At the end of the thesis are, based on SWOT analysis, presented specific strategic recommendations for future development of the company. |
