| Abstract: | Diplomová práce se zabývá ERP systémy a jejich využitím pro oblast vedení účetnictví. Cílem práce je zhodnocení jednotlivých modulů a vytvoření návrhu automatizace některých funkcí. Teoretická část je zaměřená na historii vedení účetnictví, automatizované operace, které v současné době využívají ERP softwary pro své uživatele a změnu náplně účetní profese. Praktická část ukazuje využití těchto funkcí v programu HELIOS Orange verzi iNuvio. Součástí této části práce je autorův návrh částečné automatizace časového rozlišení a aplikace funkce ve zmíněném softwaru. Návrh je v současné době testován a do budoucna není vyloučeno jeho praktické využití v programu HELIOS Orange. |

| Abstract: | The diploma thesis deals with ERP systems and their use in the field of accounting. The aim of the work is to evaluate the individual modules and create a design of automation of some functions. The theoretical part focuses on the history of accounting, automated operations that currently use ERP systems for their users and change the accounting profession. The practical part shows the use of these functions in the HELIOS Orange software version iNuvio. The part of this thesis is the author's proposal for partial automation of time resolution and application of the function in the mentioned software. The proposal is currently being tested and its practical use in the HELIOS Orange is not excluded in the future. |
