| Abstract: | Bakalářská práce zkoumá vlastnictví a správu nemovitostí a bytů. Práce se zabývá vymezením základních pojmů dotýkajících se vlastnictví se zaměřením na způsoby jeho nabývání, spoluvlastnictvím a jeho formami. Účelem je vymezit možnosti správy vlastnictví především v oblasti nemovitostí a zvlášť bytů. Praktická část v souladu s metodologií vědecké práce stanovuje podmínky výzkumu a pracovní otázky. Následná analýza dat vyplývající z komparace takzvaných správcovských firem a jejich služeb uvádí podmínky, které z výzkumu vyplývají a vymezuje výhody a nevýhody činností správcovských firem. Zároveň předkládá návrhy a doporučení k volbě ideální volby správy nemovitostí se zaměřením na byty. |

| Abstract: | Bachelor thesis studies ownership and management of properties and flats.Thesis deals with definition of basic terms related to ownership. It focuses on how to gain property and co-ownership. The thesis defines possibilities of property management, especially in the field of real estate and mainly flats. The practical part, in terms of the methodology of scientific work, determines the conditions of research and questions regarding the thesis. Following analysis of datas, it shows results from the comparison of the socalled management companies and their services, it lists results from this research and it defines the advantages and disadvantages of the activities of management companies. At the same time, it presents proposals and recommendations for ideal selection of property and its management with focus on flats. |
