| Abstract: | Diplomová práce se zabývá problematikou umělé inteligence a jejího vztahu k výkonnosti firem. Umělá inteligence je téma, které hýbe světem, jelikož proniká do stále širšího spektra oblastí. Široké možnosti aplikace umělé inteligence mají za následek přeměnu mnoha činností. Cílem práce je analyzovat, jakou měrou umělá inteligence zvyšuje produktivitu práce a přidanou hodnotu a jak její zavádění dopadá na zaměstnance. K dosažení cíle bude zmapováno, v jakých oblastech je umělá inteligence schopna zvýšit výkonnost firem a jakým způsobem, následně budou představeny praktické příklady využití umělé inteligence společností Amazon. Umělá inteligence dokáže automatizovat mnoho rutinních činností, což činí firemní procesy efektivnějšími a zaměstnanci mohou své úsilí věnovat pestřejším činnostem. |

| Abstract: | The diploma thesis deals with the issue of artificial intelligence and its relationship to the performance of companies. Artificial intelligence is a topic that moves the world as it penetrates an ever wider range of areas. The wide possibilities of the application of artificial intelligence result in the transformation of many activities. The aim of the work is to analyze the extent to which artificial intelligence increases labor productivity and added value and how its implementation affects employees. To achieve the goals, it will be mapped in which areas of artificial intelligence can enable to increase the performance of companies and in what way, while the use will then be presented practical examples of artificial intelligence of Amazon company. Artificial intelligence can automate many routine activities, making business processes more efficient and employees can focus their efforts on more diverse activities. |
