| Abstract: | Tato bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na mezinárodní režim lovu velryb. Hlavním cílem práce je charakterizovat světové prostředí komerčního lovu velryb jako mezinárodní režim, zmapovat jeho dynamiku a zjistit, jak se režim změnil. Jako podklad pro hodnocení dynamiky režimu tato práce používá publikace od Orana R. Younga, který se zabývá dynamikou mezinárodních režimů a své poznatky přímo aplikuje na režimy týkající se životního prostředí nebo přírodních zdrojů. Práce je rozdělena do čtyř kapitol. První kapitola obsahuje teoretické uchopení mezinárodních režimů. Druhá kapitola se zabývá poznatky ohledně dynamiky režimů a faktory způsobující tuto dynamiku. Třetí kapitola práce aplikuje na režim lovu velryb vlastnosti mezinárodních režimů a tento režim následně charakterizuje. Čtvrtá kapitola mapuje vývoj a dynamiku režimu od jeho počátku v 1. polovině 20. století až do současnosti. |

| Abstract: | This bachelor thesis focuses on the international whaling regime. The main objective of the thesis is to characterize the global environment of commercial whaling as an international regime, to map its dynamics, and to identify how the regime has changed. As a basis for assessing the dynamics of the regime, this thesis uses publications by Oran R. Young, who focuses on the dynamics of international regimes and applies his findings directly to regimes involving the environment or natural resources. The thesis is divided into four chapters. The first chapter provides a theoretical framework of international regimes. The second chapter deals with the knowledge regarding the dynamics of regimes and the factors causing these dynamics. The third chapter of the thesis applies the features of international regimes to the whaling regime and then characterizes this regime. The fourth chapter traces the evolution and dynamics of the regime from its origin in the first half of the 20th century to the present. |
