| Abstract: | Bakalářská práce se týká elektronizace zdravotnictví v České republice a Estonsku. Cílem je porovnat a zhodnotit, která země je v této oblasti napřed a s orientací na ČR navrhnout kroky, které by česká vláda měla podniknout za účelem rozvoje eHealth. Nejdříve práce vysvětluje samotný pojem digitalizace zdravotnictví, její vývoj a přibližuje překážky a benefity pramenící z využívání eHealth na příkladech z různých států. Druhá kapitola s praktickým zaměřením na základě dat popisuje zpoždění Česka oproti Estonska v realizace digitálních řešení ve zdravotnictví. Jedná se především o nesjednocený systém, nedůvěru uživatelů v bezpečnost online platforem a neschopnost data kvalitně využívat pro optimalizaci. Estonsko naproti tomu disponuje uceleným systémem s přesně určenými celky, které na fungování dohlíží. Závěrem jsou nastíněny kroky, které by Česku mohly dopomoci k rychlejší implementaci eHealth. |

| Abstract: | The bachelor thesis concerns electronic healthcare in the Czech Republic and Estonia. The aim is to compare and evaluate which country is ahead in this area and, with an orientation towards the Czech Republic, to propose the steps that the Czech government should take in order to develop eHealth. First, the work explains the very concept of digitalization of health care, its development and approaches the obstacles and benefits arising from the use of eHealth on examples from different countries. The second chapter with a practical focus on data describes the delay of the Czech Republic compared to Estonia in the implementation of digital solutions in healthcare. It is mainly a non-unified system, users' distrust in the security of online platforms and the inability to use the data for optimization. Estonia, on the other hand, has a comprehensive system with well-defined units that oversee its operation. Finally, steps are outlined that could help the Czech Republic to implement eHealth faster. |
