| Abstract: | Cílem této bakalářské práce je popis aktuálního stavu vzdělávacího systému ve společnosti Dent Unit, s.r.o. Teoretická část se zaměřuje na podnikové vzdělávání a jeho systematické pojetí. Jsou zahrnuty také moderní trendy v této oblasti. Navazující praktická část se zabývá samotným výzkumem v podniku, popisuje zvolené metody a data a blíže představuje podnik a jeho specifika. Současný stav je zkoumán pomocí dotazníkového šetření a strukturovaných rozhovorů se zaměstnanci i vedením podniku. Zjištěné skutečnosti jsou nakonec shrnuty ve SWOT analýze, na jejímž závěru je představen návrh na optimalizaci současného vzdělávacího systému. |

| Abstract: | The aim of this bachelor thesis is to describe the current state of the educational system in Dent Unit, s.r.o. The theoretical part focuses on corporate education and its systematic concept. Some of modern trends in this area are also covered. The following practical part deals with the research in the company itself, describes the chosen methods and data and presents the company and its specifics in more detail. The current state is investigated by means of a questionnaire survey and structured interviews with employees and management. The findings are finally summarised in a SWOT analysis, which concludes with a proposal for optimising the current educational system. |
