| Abstract: | Bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na pojistné podvody v životním pojištění. Cílem bakalářské práce je porovnat konkrétní případy pojistných podvodů v životním pojištění z České republiky a ze zahraničí. Dále popsat trendy pojistných podvodů v životním pojištění za posledních 5 let a uvést, jak zasáhla celosvětová pandemie Covid-19 do pojistných podvodů. Nejprve se práce zabývá teorií související s pojistnými podvody jako vymezení základních pojmů, právní úprava a odhalování pojistných podvodů. Následně práce popisuje skutečné případy pojistných podvodů v životním pojištění a statistiky pojistných podvodů řešené Policií České republiky. V závěru se práce soustředí na možnosti prevence a detekce pojistných podvodů, kde jsou zmíněné některé moderní nástroje na odhalení podvodného jednání. |

| Abstract: | This bachelor thesis is aimed at insurance frauds in life insurance. Its goal is to compare specific cases of insurance frauds in life insurance in the Czech Republic and abroad. Further on to describe trends of insurance frauds in life insurance in the last five years, and to mention how the world pandemic of Covid-19 influenced the insurance frauds. Initially the thesis pursues a theory connected with insurance frauds such as definition of basic terms, the legal frame, and disclosure of insurance frauds. Subsequently, the thesis describes real cases of insurance frauds in life insurance and statistics of insurance frauds the Czech Republic Police dealt with. Finally, the thesis concentrates on possibilities of prevention and detection of insurance frauds, some of the modern methods of fraud detection are mentioned. |
