| Abstract: | Diplomová práce pojednává o dopadech neočekávané události na dodavatelský řetězec ve firmě STROS – Sedlčanské strojírny, a. s. Cílem diplomové práce je identifikovat klíčové problémy v dodavatelském řetězci, a také navrhnout konkrétní opatření pro řešení současné situace. Práce využívá firemní schéma dodavatelského řetězce a pracuje s ukazateli měřícími sílu dodavatelského řetězce včetně postupu práce u modelu Balanced Scorecard. Pracuje s neočekávanými událostmi typu black swan, a jaký mají vliv na dodavatelský řetězec. Využívá rovněž metody řízení dodavatelského řetězce k určení flexibilní metody. Dále práce porovnává ceny z ceníku vybraných materiálů. Práce také obsahuje rozhovor s ekonomickým ředitelem společnosti. Výstupem je doporučení firmě, jak s danou nastalou situací naložit, a jak se z ní poučit do budoucna. Kromě již uvedeného je dále výstupem práce zjištění, zda je možné se na případnou neočekávanou událost připravit, a v neposlední řadě taktéž vzdělání čtenářů v dané problematice. |

| Abstract: | My diploma thesis is focused on the impact of unexpected events on the supply chain of STROS – Sedlčany machinery factory. The main goal of my thesis is to identify the key problems in the supply chain and I will try to offer concrete solutions to solve the problems the company is facing nowdays. The corporate scheme of the supply chain is being used including indicators measuring power of the supply chain and Balanced Scorecard model. We are working with unexpected events „black swan“ kind and their impact on the supply chain. Supply chain direction methods are being used to find out a flexible method. Prices from selected material price lists are being compared as well in the thesis. The thesis includes an interview with the economic director of the company too. One of the conclusions of this thesis is a recommendation, how to handle a situation like this and how to learn from it in the future. Another one of my main conclusions is to find out, if we can be prepeared for an unexpected event like this. I would also like to educate the readers of this thesis in this certain issue. |
