| Abstract: | Cílem práce je zjistit, jakým způsobem byly ovlivněny vývoz a produkce čaje během koronavirové krize v Indii, na Srí Lance a v Keni v roce 2020. První kapitola je zaměřena na seznámení se s čajem jako plodinou a jeho historií. Dále se kapitola věnuje hlavním druhům pěstovaných čajů a jejich následnému zpracování. Druhá kapitola se zabývá dopady koronavirové krize na čajový průmysl v Indii, v Keni a na Srí Lance. Tato kapitola bude dále analyzovat produkci a export čaje v těchto zemích. Dalším podbod bude zaměřen na opatření a omezení, která měla co do činění se snížením vývozu či produkce v čajovém průmyslu. Konec této kapitoly bude věnován vývoji cen čaje ve zkoumaných zemích. Třetí kapitola je zaměřena na shrnutí dění v čajovém průmyslu ve zmíněných zemích během roku 2020, kdy začala pandemie a současně porovnání s rokem 2019. |

| Abstract: | The aim of this work is to find out how tea exports and production were affected during the coronavirus crisis in India, Sri Lanka and Kenya in 2020. The first chapter focuses on getting to know tea as a crop and its history. Furthermore, the chapter deals with the main types of cultivated teas and their subsequent processing. The second chapter deals with the effects of the coronavirus crisis on the tea industry in India, Kenya and Sri Lanka. This chapter will further analyse the production and export of tea in these countries. The next sub-chapter will focus on measures and restrictions that had to do with reducing exports or production in the tea industry. The end of this chapter will be devoted to the development of tea prices in the studied countries. The third chapter focuses on summarizing the events in the tea industry in these countries during 2020, when the pandemic began, and at the same time a comparison with 2019. |
