| Abstract: | V této diplomové práci jsou srovnávány ekonomicko-právní aspekty nemovitostí ve Španělsku a v Bulharsku s cílem zhodnocení právních podmínek jejich nabývání koupí nerezidenty ze zemí Evropské Unie. Práce čtenáři poskytuje ucelený právní přehled v oblasti nemovitostí obou komparovaných států, po jehož přečtení by měl být schopen identifikovat analogii, klady či zápory jednotlivých právních úprav. Záměrem autora je, aby byl čtenář zároveň schopen nabyté znalosti aplikovat do praxe. |

| Abstract: | This diploma thesis compares the economic and legal aspects of Real Estate in Spain and Bulgaria in order to evaluate the legal conditions of their acquisition by non-residents from European Union countries. The thesis provides the reader with a comprehensive legal overview in the field of Real Estate of both compared countries, after which he should be able to identify the analogy, pros and cons of individual legislations. The author's intention is that the reader is also able to apply the acquired knowledge in practice. |
