| Abstract: | Práce se zabývá zjištěním a posouzením překážek, které brání malým a středním firmám v dostatečně účinné implementaci nástrojů řízení. Záměrem je tyto překážky vydefinovat a podchytit pomocí strukturovaných rozhovorů s dodavateli IT jakožto se zástupci vývoje a následně je podrobit dotazníkovému průzkumu na straně potenciálních klientů, tedy u malých a středních firem. Pro účely práce je použit dotazník a volby odpovědí formulovány pomocí Likertovy škály. Cílem je vyzdvihnout nejzásadnější překážky v zavádění komplexních nástrojů řízení ve firmách a pokusit se o formulování závěrů, které mohou pomoci firmám v systematičtějších implementacích a vývojářským společnostem v úspěšnějším uplatňování produktů na trhu, především v tomto segmentu. |

| Abstract: | The work deals with the identification and assessment of obstacles that prevent small and medium-sized companies in a sufficiently effective implementation of management tools. The intention is to define and capture these barriers through structured interviews with IT vendors as development representatives and then subject them to a questionnaire survey on the part of potential clients, ie small and medium-sized companies. For the purposes of this work, a questionnaire is used and the choice of answers formulated using the Likert scale. The aim is to highlight the most important obstacles to the implementation of comprehensive management tools in companies and try to formulate conclusions that can help companies in more systematic implementations and development companies in more successful application of products in the market, especially in this segment. |
