| Abstract: | Cílem práce je zjistit vliv faktorů z konceptu GATE, popř. zjistit vliv dalších faktorů na přístup osob k bezpečnosti a ochraně zdraví při práci. Struktura práce se odvíjí od teoretických poznatků, které jsou zjištěny výzkumem nebo dohledány v odborné literatuře. Vzhledem k předpokládanému nedostatku dat v literatuře je využit induktivní kvalitativní výzkum formou individuálních rozhovorů. Data jsou zpracována tematickou analýzou. Vliv faktorů konceptu GATE nebyl prokázán, naopak primárním výsledkem je zjištění vlivu optimistického zkreslení, sekundárním výsledkem je vliv sociálního statusu. Přínosem je skrze zjištění vlivu různých faktorů na bezpečnost práce zefektivnit proces školení bezpečnosti práce tak, aby zacílil na vhodné jedince a lépe je obeznámil s případnými následky nedodržování bezpečnostních postupů. Účelem je udržet bezpečnost na pracovišti, snížit pracovní úrazy a takový stav zachovat či dále vylepšovat. |

| Abstract: | The purpose of this thesis is to determine the influence of factors from the GATE concept or the influence of other factors on people’s approach to occupational safety and health. The structure of the thesis is based on theoretical knowledge, which is found by research or found in the literature. Due to the expected lack of data in the literature, inductive qualitative research in the form of individual interviews is used. The data are examined by thematic analysis. The influence of the factors of the GATE concept has not been proven; on the contrary, the primary result is the finding of the influence of optimistic bias, while the secondary result is the influence of social status. The benefit is that by identifying the influence of various factors on occupational safety, it streamlines the occupational safety training process so that it targets suitable individuals and better acquaints them with the possible consequences of non-compliance with safety procedures. The purpose is to maintain safety in the workplace, reduce accidents at work and maintain or further improve such conditions. |
