| Abstract: | Cílem diplomové práce je zkoumání dopadu vybraných legislativních pravidel o finančních distribucí na manažerské rozhodování společností z nemovitostního sektoru a zohlednění problémů, kterým musel management v praxi čelit. Dopady legislativních změn jsou zkoumány prostřednictvím veřejně dostupných zdrojů a osobních rozhovorů s manažery. Na závěr diplomové práce je vyhodnoceno, zda byla legislativní pravidla v praxi výzkumných subjektů využívána a jaké byly jejich trendy a praktické problémy spojené s jejich aplikací. |

| Abstract: | The goal of the thesis is to review the impact of the legal changes on the financial distributions on the managerial decisions of the companies from the real estate sector and consideration of the practical managerial difficulties thereof. Impacts of legal changes are reviewed via publicly available sourced and interviews of the managers. The end of the thesis briefly summarizes how the legal changes impacted the practical operation of the companies, what were the trends thereof and practical consequences linked to their usage. |
